More than 40 years in the automotive industry. Started my early career in the automotive segment under the Inchape Group of Companies. Later on as Head of Aftersales in Volvo Federal Auto, then as General Manager Aftersales in Volvo & VW in Wearnes Automotive and later promoted to Regional General Manager Aftersales overseeing Volvo, VW, BMW, Honda, Aston Martina and Bentley. From 2020 to 2022 was Head of Aftersales for both VW & Audi. Strong in Service Core Processes and providing excellence customer service.
